LVRS Shipping Policy

Shipping within Australia

LVRS currently ships to addresses within Australia only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping rates

The following flat-rate shipping options are available at checkout:

• Standard shipping: $15 AUD

• Express shipping: $20 AUD

Shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns. This does not affect any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee.

Order processing

Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and packed before dispatch. Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude Victorian and national public holidays.

Processing times may be longer during launches, sales, promotional periods and public holidays. If an unexpected delay significantly affects your order, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.

Express shipping speeds up the carrier’s delivery service after dispatch but does not shorten our 3–5-business-day processing period.

Delivery times

Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched and are estimates only. They may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather, peak periods and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Regional and remote locations may take longer than metropolitan areas. Selecting express shipping does not guarantee delivery by a particular date.

If you need an order for a specific date, please allow extra time for both processing and delivery.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow time for the carrier to scan and activate the tracking link.

Delivery details

Please check that your name and delivery address are complete and correct before submitting your order. LVRS is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied at checkout.

If you notice an error, contact admin@lvrsthelabel.com.au as soon as possible. We will try to update the address before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or been sent.

If an order is returned to us because the address was incorrect, incomplete or could not be accessed, the customer may be required to pay the cost of redelivery where permitted by law.

Authority to leave and unattended parcels

Depending on the delivery service and instructions selected, a carrier may leave a parcel in a safe location. Please ensure the delivery address is secure and accessible.

If tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered but you cannot locate it, check around the property and with other members of your household, neighbours or building management before contacting the carrier and LVRS.

Delayed or missing parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery period, contact us at admin@lvrsthelabel.com.au with your order number. We will assist you in making enquiries with the delivery carrier.

Damaged parcels or incorrect orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your parcel or an item is damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact admin@lvrsthelabel.com.au as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the parcel and item.

We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with our Returns Policy and the Australian Consumer Law.

Pre-orders and split shipments

Where a product is sold as a pre-order, the expected dispatch period will be stated on the product page. Any date provided is an estimate and may change. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact affected customers.

If an order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order may be held until all items are available unless otherwise stated. We may send an order in separate parcels where reasonably necessary at no additional shipping cost to you.
